We are a Virtual Service Corporation now known as an Independent Business looking for top notch customer service representatives to work from their home as Independent Contractors and answer inbound customer calls for Fortune 500 companies. We are partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions and operate a virtual call center. We do the same thing you would do as if you were working in an actual "brick and mortar" call center. We have the same type of equipment, we receive the same type of training, we have the same type of access to computer systems, etc the only difference is we do it from our home rather than using an actual call center facility.

Work at Home Solutions was founded by Melissa Adams shortly after having her second baby. She did not want to go back to her corporate job working 40+ hours a week and commuting to work 15+ hours a week. After a long 55+ hours a week away from her family and away from her new baby she began looking for an opportunity to work from home to give a better work/life balance that she needed. That is when Melissa started servicing Arise clients and then incorporated in the state of Florida to form her own IBO and to provide the same work at home opportunity to other individuals who were faced with the same reality.

As an Independent Business Owner, Melissa holds a Master's degree in Business Management and possesses the skills needed to run a successful IBO. In addition Melissa has impeccable training and communication skills allowing her to develop the best virtual customer service representatives in the business.

Melissa has spent almost 20 years working for Fortune 500 companies in the “brick and mortar” world. She has call center supervisory experience, training experience, customer service management experience and the ability to maintain a healthy and happy work force just to name a few.
